Senior QA Engineer (Reporting Team)

Shiji Group is a product-based company originating from China, specializing in providing advanced IT systems for the hospitality, food service, and retail industries. In Poland, Shiji Group focuses on the development of the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing, and regression testing
• Experience working in a technical environment closely with development teams
• Experience with C# test frameworks and development/testing support
• Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting bugs and technical issues
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and TestRail
• Good understanding of databases and SQL
• Proactive and well-organized approach, ability to document solutions and support issue resolution

Nice to have:

• Experience with playwright
• Experience with Docker

• Write test cases based on user stories
• Write automated test cases and contribute to a common C# automation framework
• Perform requirements analysis, document and communicate results
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
