Product Manager Collaboration Platforms - Atlassian tools (m/f/n)

InPost is a leading European out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platform, operating over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries, delivering 1.4 billion parcels in 2025. The company provides delivery services including to-door courier and fulfilment services for e-commerce merchants. The Product Manager role focuses on owning InPost's collaboration platforms including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
• Solid product management experience and a project-management mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Assertiveness to set and uphold standards.
• Experience working across markets and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Communicative proficiency in Polish and fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Atlassian certification (e.g., ACP-100 Jira Administrator or equivalent).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Project Management certification.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Miro platform administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and governance for InPost's collaboration platforms including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Drive the Jira Cloud migration project, owning scope and outcomes.
• Act as the internal counterweight to the external delivery partner on migration.
• Partner daily with the Collaboration Platforms team responsible for technical execution.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders across markets.
• Prioritize pragmatically and defend decisions.
• Set standards and direction for additional tools within scope.
• Represent the platform roadmap to stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
