Digital Procurement Internship Program (She/He/They)

• Active student status or a technical degree with the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Ability to work from the office in ŁÓDŹ or KATOWICE one or two days per week
• Proficiency in English and Polish (B2 level)
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Analytical thinking skills
• Experience with any ERP system
• Willingness to learn procurement processes (P2P, S2P, S2C)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, or Ivalua
• Knowledge of procurement processes
• Familiarity with service ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)

• Configuring the Coupa procurement system
• Handling client support tickets
• Testing newly implemented solutions
