Wymagania

  • Demonstrated command of data governance and artificial intelligence, including related policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Accountability experience in compliance programs, ideally at multinational organizations or in digital, AI, or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to operationalize and implement strategy.
  • Ability to identify and assess trends in data governance and AI, such as EU AI and digital packages, and explain them practically.
  • Strong networking skills with experts and regulators.
  • Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills with common sense and risk awareness.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural communication ability.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to ethics and company culture.
  • Education: Law degree or M.Sc. in business informatics, data science, information management, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in global compliance, ethics, governance functions.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, data management principles, strategies, and frameworks.
  • Experience in managing staff (formal or functional reporting).
  • Knowledge of monitoring legal and regulatory trends and translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are a plus.

Obowiązki

  • Review internal and client-facing projects for compliance with laws, regulations, and commitments.
  • Identify and translate current and future legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into Accenture policy, standards, and controls.
  • Collaborate with risk, information security, and other teams to build and run the compliance program.
  • Support client-facing work by providing guidance to contracting counsel.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure data and AI compliance is considered in new services and projects.
  • Monitor technology trends to develop guidance, training, and thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, risk, and business teams.
  • Work with legal professionals and business teams in remote locations, providing pragmatic advice and guidance.
