Product Delivery Lead

• Experience in product delivery and backlog governance, including backlog prioritization, delivery sequencing, business value realization, and TCO optimization.
• Expertise in Agile delivery and requirements management, including PI/Sprint execution, Definition of Ready enforcement, acceptance criteria, and requirements quality.
• Knowledge in release and operational governance, including release planning, Go/No-Go authority, operational readiness, Hypercare, and business continuity.
• Skills in stakeholder and vendor management, including business-IT alignment, external partner management, SLA oversight, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Competence in risk, compliance, and security governance, including delivery risk management, audit readiness, internal controls, data privacy, and security requirements.

• Solely own, order, and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing implementation sequencing based on business value, risks, and technical dependencies.
• Exercise explicit "Power to Say No" to reject unnecessary technical complexity or requests that deviate from product intent.
• Maximize product value, achieve Program Increment (PI) and Sprint objectives, and realize the product vision through disciplined execution and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization.
• Accountable for release governance, operational acceptance, and final Go / No-Go sign-off.
• Define and approve business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Enforce the Definition of Ready (DoR) gates for user stories before engineering sprints.
• Define release scope and cadence, confirm business operational readiness, and issue Go / No-Go deployment decisions.
• Oversee Hypercare entry/exit criteria ensuring safe embedding of feature upgrades into operations.
• Manage partner performance oversight, holding Accenture and external vendors accountable for scope, quality standards, delivery SLAs, and continuous operational improvement.
• Serve as primary liaison to align business stakeholders, IT responsibles, and technical leads.
• Manage strategic expectations and resolve cross-functional priority conflicts.
• Maintain audit readiness, oversee security and internal controls, validate SRA prerequisites, and manage delivery risks across the digital product ecosystem.
