Project Manager/PMO

AVENGA, an agency with KRAZ registration number 8448, is looking for a Project Manager/PMO to support multiple streams within a data transformation program.

• Experience as PMO, PM Support, or Junior PM
• Knowledge of agile frameworks, especially Scrum, Kanban, and Agile
• Proficient in Excel: reports, formulas, pivot tables, data handling
• Good skills in PowerPoint for creating clear status materials
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Independence, accuracy, proactivity, and good work organization
• Polish language proficiency (C2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT projects, Data projects, or banking sector

• Maintaining and organizing project documentation in Confluence/Wiki
• Preparing notes, summaries, and materials from meetings
• Supporting reporting on status, risks, decisions, and dependencies
• Day-to-day administration and operation of Jira
• Preparing analyses, reports, and summaries in Excel
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for status updates, management meetings, and committees
• Coordinating organizational activities between agile teams
