(Projekt B2B) Technical Software Project Manager

The role involves managing software development projects for the automotive industry, covering embedded systems, vehicle applications, IoT solutions, backend, and cloud services. This hybrid position is located in Poznań with occasional business trips to Germany.

• Several years of experience as Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, System Architect, or Senior Software Engineer
• Experience in automotive, IoT, or distributed systems projects
• Fluent English and communicative German (mandatory)
• Practical programming experience in Python or Go
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable and reliable distributed systems
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or OpenTofu)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation, and testing strategies
• Understanding of observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SLI, SLO, error budgets)
• Ability to analyze architecture and work with existing codebases
• Experience with AUTOSAR and automotive software lifecycle
• Knowledge of in-vehicle applications (e.g., Android Automotive, embedded HMI)
• Good understanding of IoT, vehicle-cloud communication, and backend integration
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Agile methodologies, and V-model
• Experience with tools like Jira, Codebeamer, and Confluence
• Higher technical education (computer science, electronics, software engineering, or related)

• Coordinate work of teams developing ECU software, vehicle applications, backend, and cloud services
• Oversee architecture consistency, code quality, and engineering standards
• Identify and resolve technical problems with integration, performance, and scalability
• Manage technical risk and support architecture analysis and code reviews
• Own CI/CD strategy, release management, and testing strategies
• Coordinate collaboration among software, hardware, testing, system architecture teams, and external partners
• Monitor release readiness, project progress, and communicate with stakeholders
• Implement system observability (monitoring, tracing) and Site Reliability Engineering practices
