Project B2B: Digital IT Project Manager

Hays IT Contracting operates on B2B cooperation principles, connecting top IT specialists with innovative technology projects. The position involves working on international digital transformation projects including implementations, migrations, and integrations of websites, collaborating across Digital, IT, Marketing, Sales, and business stakeholders.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or digital project management.
• Experience delivering complex technology implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects in international and matrix organizations.
• Ability to independently lead multiple parallel projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is an additional advantage.
• Higher education degree.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects involving website migrations or implementations.
• Knowledge of the SAFe Agile framework.
• Experience managing projects spanning multiple regions or business units.

• Manage implementation and migration projects according to schedule and budget.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases.
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap, milestones, and solutions.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Define and maintain governance processes compliant with organizational standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, risk registers, and cost monitoring.
• Coordinate cooperation between technical and business teams.
• Report project status and escalate risks impacting timely delivery.
• Participate in steering committee meetings and present project progress to stakeholders.
