System Administrator - Endpoint Management & IT Support

Our client is an established organisation operating in a technology-focused environment where system reliability, security and user support are essential. The role supports business objectives across multiple platforms through maintaining a secure, efficient IT infrastructure using modern endpoint management tools.

• 4-6 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM or ManageEngine Endpoint Central
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash or similar scripting tools
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
• Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English

• Manage endpoint infrastructure across Windows, macOS and Linux environments
• Deploy automation solutions using PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Support Tier 1-3 technical issues in a dynamic IT environment
• Work with industry-standard tools including SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux devices
• Manage software installations, updates and patch deployments
• Automate routine tasks using endpoint management tools
• Administer user accounts, permissions, Active Directory and Group Policy
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues across Tier 1-3 support
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory
• Ensure license compliance, data security and IT policy adherence
• Monitor system performance and security across all endpoints
