Project Manager

Our client is an organisation undergoing a significant data transformation initiative focused on migrating historical data from multiple enterprise systems into a modern cloud-based data warehouse. This critical project involves coordination across ERP, CRM, and data engineering teams within a digital transformation journey to ensure data completeness, quality, and alignment with business needs.

• 6-8 years of project management experience
• Strong business analysis skills with proven ability to elicit and document requirements
• Experience managing data migration projects across multiple source systems
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce platforms
• Understanding of cloud data warehousing concepts, particularly Snowflake
• Familiarity with Azure-based ETL tools and processes
• Ability to map data structures and define transformation rules
• Experience with data profiling, quality assessment, and validation
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to manage project governance including RAID logs and status reporting
• Experience coordinating UAT and securing stakeholder sign-off
• Understanding of data lineage and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and complex workstreams

• Define and own the complete project plan including scope, timeline, milestones, risks, and resources
• Drive project governance through regular status meetings and RAID log management
• Report progress to senior stakeholders ensuring delivery within scope and budget
• Manage dependencies across ERP, CRM, and data engineering workstreams
• Collaborate with ERP and MA teams to define data extraction scope from source systems
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for data migration
• Map source data structures to target Snowflake data models, identifying gaps and transformation rules
• Perform data profiling and quality assessments to identify cleansing needs
• Define data validation and acceptance criteria to ensure migrated data integrity
• Facilitate change management and communication plans for affected teams
• Coordinate UAT processes and sign-off with Business Process Owners
• Support data lineage documentation and compliance requirements
• Act as primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Partner with MA teams to understand business context and acquisition-related data history
• Work with Business Process Owners to prioritise and validate data requirements
