One Identity Manager Support Engineer - IAM Specialist

Our client is an established organisation operating within a regulated environment where security and compliance are paramount. They maintain a robust Identity and Access Management infrastructure that protects critical systems and data across the enterprise. The IAM team ensures secure, compliant access governance while supporting integration across multiple business functions.

• 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (v8.x preferred)
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, SoD, Active Directory, LDAP, and access governance
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and access governance principles
• Proficiency in SQL Server and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, or other monitoring and logging tools
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native IAM solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Experience in financial or regulated environments
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Monitor and manage synchronization projects, job queues, and workflow executions within One Identity Manager
• Troubleshoot issues related to user lifecycle management, RBAC, and entitlement provisioning
• Provide Level 2 support including incident resolution, service requests, and root cause analysis
• Act as technical escalation point for complex incidents and problems related to One Identity Manager
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application Support teams to ensure seamless integration
• Assist in patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in the One Identity Manager environment
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles
• Participate in audit support, access reviews, and compliance reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management
