Product Owner

They serve wealth and private banking clients through booking centres in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, the US, Hong Kong and Singapore. • Deep knowledge of Wealth or Private Banking and understanding of client needs across markets
• Expertise in regulatory and legal topics affecting digital products across channels and locations
• Strong understanding of digital business with consumer product development experience advantageous
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively while maintaining collaborative relationships
• Solid grasp of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering practices
• Hands-on experience leading Business Analysts and delivery teams across multiple technical platforms
• Extensive end-to-end product delivery experience from opportunity identification through to post-launch management
• Proven third-party and partner management capability for development and ongoing governance
• Strong problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate strategy into action
• Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills with client-focused, results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred

• Lead digital product strategy across five global booking centres for a major international bank
• Own end-to-end product delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Shape customer experience through direct involvement in UX testing, prototyping and proof-of-concepts

• Line management opportunity with direct reports including Business Analysts
• Own and drive the digital product vision and roadmap across all booking centres

• Set up and lead cross-functional delivery teams including designers, architects and analysts

• Partner with UX/UI teams to align experience with digital vision and design principles
• Own customer testing activities including prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with business product owners to ensure effective implementation across booking centres
• Monitor competitor and fintech activity across core regions and translate insights into enhancements
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and controls while engaging Risk, Legal and Compliance teams
