Senior Product Engineer - Identity & Access Management

They focus on secure access management and identity governance across their enterprise applications, working with leading IAM platforms and cloud technologies related to workforce lifecycle processes. The company collaborates closely with security and business teams to maintain robust access controls and compliance standards.

• 6-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• Strong proficiency with IAM platforms such as SailPoint and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management processes
• Knowledge of access governance and compliance frameworks
• Experience with OpenLDAP and IBM Security Access Manager
• Familiarity with Workday Workforce Lifecycle, Organisation and Absence Management
• Understanding of cloud identity platforms (Azure and AWS)
• Skills in PowerShell and SQL for automation and reporting
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot provisioning issues
• Experience supporting security audits and compliance requirements

• Lead identity lifecycle management across enterprise IAM platforms
• Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across enterprise applications
• Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning through IAM platforms
• Support identity lifecycle workflows and access certification campaigns
• Integrate HR systems with IAM platforms to automate onboarding and offboarding
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure access management
• Monitor and resolve identity provisioning issues efficiently
• Support security audits and compliance initiatives
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks
• Automate reporting and operational tasks using scripting tools
