Senior Data Scientist - Data Quality Management

Our client is an established organisation focused on maintaining high standards of data accuracy and governance, working with modern tools and cloud technologies to support their operations.

• 6-8 years of experience in data quality management and data science
• Proficiency in data quality management and data cleansing techniques
• Strong analytical skills to assess and profile data effectively
• Advanced experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
• Solid understanding of data governance policies and frameworks
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
• Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or Talend
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or Snowflake
• Understanding of ETL processes and reverse engineering techniques
• Scripting knowledge in Python is beneficial

• Analyse large datasets to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support data governance initiatives and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Create reports on data quality trends and track remediation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management practices
• Profile and assess data using strong analytical skills
• Manipulate data using SQL and Microsoft Excel for quality assurance purposes

Work on-site in Warsaw, Poland for the duration of the 6-month contract.
