Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / AI - remote B2B

Senovo-It is hiring for a fully remote role based in Poland. The position involves working on AI-powered solutions within commercial applications or products, emphasizing the integration and deployment of AI features.

• 5+ years of commercial experience in C# / .NET.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and/or microservices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
• Practical AI development experience involving:
  • LLM integration within commercial applications.
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • AI Agents and agentic workflows.
  • Integration with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms.
  • Use of vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search.
  • AI-powered document processing, classification, extraction, or summarization.
  • Intelligent workflow and process automation using AI.
  • Development of custom AI assistants or conversational applications.
  • Implementation of production AI/ML functionality in software products.
• Ability to clearly explain AI solutions built, problems solved, technologies used, and personal contribution.

• Design and develop full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and React.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Design and implement AI-powered features within real applications or products.
• Integrate applications with large language models (LLMs) and AI services such as Azure OpenAI and OpenAI.
• Work with AI technologies and concepts including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt orchestration, vector search, embeddings, and intelligent automation.
• Take AI solutions from idea or prototype to production implementation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and engineering teams.
