SAP Center of Excellence Manager (m/f/n)

InPost is one of Europe's leading out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platforms, operating a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points across nine European countries. The company delivered 1.4 billion parcels in 2025 and provides flexible, technology-driven parcel delivery and fulfilment services for e-commerce merchants.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in one of the SAP functional areas (FTM / OTC / PTP or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management.
• Experience with SAP rollouts and system maintenance, ideally ECC or S/4HANA.
• Proven experience leading a functional CoE team or similar structure.
• Strong supplier management skills (allocation, SLAs, quality).
• Experience working within a global template model.
• Experience operating at the business–IT interface.
• Understanding of capacity planning and multi-workstream environments.
• Experience with AI in SAP or finance processes (implementation, use case identification).
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C processes.
• SAP Activate, ITIL.
• Experience in GBS / SSC environments.

• Managing the SAP CoE team (FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, Developers).
• Planning team workload and allocating resources between rollouts and BAU/maintenance activities.
• Delivering S/4HANA rollouts in line with the global template (Europe).
• Overseeing BAU system operations and user support.
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners of systems integrated with SAP.
• Managing external suppliers and the quality of their delivery.
• Maintaining end-to-end process consistency across countries and workstreams.
• Monitoring delivery risks and reporting status.
• Building strong relationships between business and technology, and aligning stakeholders around realistic expectations.
