Project Manager

Our client is a technology-focused organisation implementing a streamlined expense management solution across their global operations. They are deploying SAP Concur to improve financial controls, enhance user experience and ensure compliance with company policies. This project involves rapid deployment through system cloning, decoupling from legacy systems and multi-country roll-out to support their expanding operations.

• 6-8 years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) implementations
• Strong understanding of system cloning, configuration, and rapid deployment methodologies
• Experience managing decoupling from legacy systems and platform migrations
• Knowledge of integration with ERP systems, particularly S4 Hana
• Track record of delivering multi-country roll-outs with local and global compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial controls
• Experience establishing project governance, managing budgets, and mitigating risks
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, and business functions
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and third-party providers
• Proven ability to lead change management and user training initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with regional and international teams
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with quality and compliance requirements

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global SAP Concur deployment across multiple countries
• Manage system decoupling and integration with S4 Hana and financial platforms
• Oversee cloning of existing Concur setup to enable rapid deployment with minimal redesign
• Configure Concur platform to align with organisational structure and expense policies
• Plan and execute multi-country roll-out ensuring global compliance and consistency
• Establish project governance frameworks and manage budget, timeline, and resources
• Identify and mitigate risks related to decoupling, integration, and roll-out delays
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and end users
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Lead change management initiatives and user training programmes across regions
• Ensure platform compliance with company policies and financial controls
• Deliver post-roll-out support to optimise user experience and system performance
