• Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere technologies (vCenter, ESXi).
• Understanding of fundamental networking/storage concepts and virtualization principles.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the virtualization space.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical documentation skills.
• Communicative level of English.

• Assist with vCenter and ESXi configuration and maintenance.
• Configure network settings on ESXi hosts/vCenter level as per guidelines provided by network support.
• Assist with vCenter server management.
• Log hardware fault incidents on ESXi hosts/physical servers.
• Perform and remove snapshots.
• Support hardware and firmware updates.
• Support deployment of virtual machines.
