• Technical leadership experience in software delivery teams
• Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with Swagger or OpenAPI
• Strong background in automated testing
• Experience with batch processing solutions
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and production support practices
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions
• Experience with code quality and security scanning tools
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence

• Experience in Risk & Compliance projects
• Knowledge of Model Risk Management
