Wymagania
- 5+ years of Go development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Higher education in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience with AI implementation and team configuration.
- Experience in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
- System design skills for high performance and maintainability.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Advanced English language proficiency.

- Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, balancing performance and maintainability.
- Collaborating with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical plans.
- Anticipating edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in planning.
- Representing the engineering team in external meetings, explaining technical topics clearly.
- Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers to maintain code quality.
- Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes for faster, safe code delivery.
