DevOps Engineer - private cloud (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking mid and senior level DevOps Engineers to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality automation and infrastructure solutions. The role involves working on projects with the latest technologies, including automation pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role delivering automation pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of IaC techniques and tools including ARM, Terraform, and CloudFormation
• Experience with development languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or Shell for tooling
• Experience with private cloud, particularly VMware (including vSphere, ESX, NSX)
• Experience with container technologies like Azure AKS, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• General administration skills for Windows and Linux, including automation and scripting
• Practical knowledge of system architectures, networking, SANs, LANs, and private clouds
• Fluent English

• Being part of a multi-skilled team of DevOps engineers working on automation pipelines, IaC templates, scripting, coding, container orchestration, and performance engineering
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting DevOps principles and practices for faster innovation
• Keeping abreast of technology market changes and industry trends
• Understanding and taking responsibility for the impact of technical decisions
• Prioritizing tasks and projects effectively
• Supporting the definition and adoption of best practices and governance standards
• Contributing to planning sessions in an Agile manner using Kanban boards
• Developing new and maturing existing product stacks and automation processes
• Creating and updating documentation for products
• Automating processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual input
• Ensuring security risks are considered and mitigated in new product and service designs
