Senior Project Manager - Data Center (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical data center and IT infrastructure projects across Europe, managing complex large-scale initiatives in a multinational environment.

• Minimum 5 years project management experience with infrastructure projects in large-scale IT environments
• Proven successful delivery of complex data center projects in multinational organizations
• Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders in complex environments
• Solid technical understanding of data center infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking technologies
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools including Agile, Scrum, and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills in international and multicultural environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification highly desirable
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Polish and English

• Lead delivery of complex data center and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and resolve roadblocks
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders in an international environment
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards and maintain project documentation
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of project artifacts such as requirements, design documentation, implementation plans, test results, and reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
