IT Risk & Compliance Senior Manager

• Proven experience in IT Risk, Audit, Compliance, or IT Governance.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and SOX controls.
• Experience managing risk within complex IT environments.
• Leadership experience including team management or project leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience in international or matrix organisations.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT, ISO.
• Background in media, digital, or large-scale technology environments.

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all IT systems, operations, and project lifecycles.
• Map ITIL processes and SOX controls to global governance standards, prioritizing automated controls.
• Plan, execute, and monitor periodic control activities to maintain compliance.
• Implement best-practice risk assessment strategies.
• Guide product teams in integrating compliance requirements early in development lifecycles.
• Drive refinement of compliance frameworks and risk management processes.
• Ensure minimal disruption to critical IT services and business operations.
• Develop, document, and regularly test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) including vulnerability identification, risk assessment (RTO/RPO), and coordinated cross-departmental response.
• Integrate new technologies such as AI into recovery systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Risk & Compliance team.
