Senior Project Manager with CRM - Salesforce (f/m/x)

Sii Polska is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team coordinating multiple cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies. The role involves driving the planning, execution, and reporting of customer-facing products and services through various CRM platforms, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and project governance.

• Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience in Agile environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and related business processes
• Ability to work independently and lead teams with limited supervision
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for project outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to challenge assumptions
• Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and can-do attitude
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and experience in Change Management
• Experience supporting marketing-related projects, including global rollouts and after-sales service support
• Previous experience in a large multinational matrix organization

• Drive planning, execution, and reporting activities across all projects
• Ensure effective project orchestration across stakeholders and team members
• Partner closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Key Stakeholders, and Project Sponsor
• Maintain and update project objectives, master plans, and consolidated reporting
• Monitor schedules, risks, resource allocation, costs, and change logs
• Manage scope changes resulting from internal and external factors impacting timelines
• Act as a change agent and support project transformation initiatives as needed
