Business-System Analyst

Jit Team employs over 770 experienced experts and supports charitable and educational activities. The company is Polish and has more than 15 years of activity.

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and/or System Analysis
• Practical experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience designing REST APIs
• Strong understanding of API architecture and integration patterns
• Experience creating BPMN process models
• Experience preparing UML diagrams
• Knowledge of Gherkin and user story definition
• Data modelling experience (logical and physical models)
• Understanding of Data Governance principles and Data Management concepts
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Experience working with GitHub or similar version control tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Document functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system specifications
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
• Develop UML diagrams and BPMN process models
• Design REST APIs following industry best practices
• Create logical and physical data models
• Design system integrations and data flows
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and business representatives
• Validate requirements and technical solutions with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal analysis and documentation standards
• Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities
• Support data governance and data management initiatives
• Contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in ALL listed technical skills including REST API design, data modelling, BPMN, UML, Gherkin, SDLC, GitHub, and data governance principles. Pre-screening against the specified skillset is mandatory.
