Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner

An international project focused on the development and rollout of a Data Controls Engine (DCE) platform supporting data governance, compliance, and control processes.

• Strong experience working with software development teams.
• Good understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience or knowledge in data platforms, governance, controls, or compliance is highly valuable.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Suitable for a Technical Business Analyst moving towards Product Ownership who wants to remain hands-on with technical delivery.

• Act as a link between business, product, and development teams.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical requirements.
• Collaborate directly with developers on APIs, integrations, data flows, system behavior, and technical dependencies.
• Support the development of the Data Controls Engine (DCE) platform.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Position is 100% remote based in Poland. Contract type is B2B for 12 months.
