Customer Engineer, Platform, Google Cloud (Polish)

The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build businesses using cloud technology. They support a wide range of customers including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. The team focuses on providing secure, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions across infrastructure, applications, and devices. The role involves partnering with sales teams to deliver technical solutions and helping customers digitally transform using Google Cloud's enterprise-grade solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience in cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization.
• Experience engaging or presenting to technical stakeholders or executives.
• Proficiency in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
• Fluency in Polish for client support.

Nice to have:

• Experience selling technical solutions in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, Security.
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle including delivery and consumption planning.
• Experience building long-term technical strategies to find new customer workloads.
• Experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing.

• Develop and own technical account plans and strategies supporting targeted business motions.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to showcase Google Cloud Platform's value through demos, pilots, and workshops.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans.
• Facilitate post-sales transition by supporting pricing and transitioning to implementation teams.
• Maintain progress awareness and support cross-functional teams during delivery, migration, or implementation phases.
