Software Engineer III, Agent Development Lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
• 2 years of full stack development experience across back-end (Java, Python, Golang, C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) technologies.
• Experience with Generative AI.
• Experience with Cloud Computing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

• Write product or system development code.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, efficiency).
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and update it based on product updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues by analyzing the cause and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
