• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Expert in IT-focused projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements engineering.
• Experience working with Customer Master Data Management and/or Data Quality Management processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with development and architecture teams.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, business processes, and use cases.
• Hands-on experience in test preparation, test execution, and defect management.
• Knowledge of API testing tools and methodologies (REST, Bruno, REST Assured, or similar).
• Understanding of modern software architectures, particularly microservices-based environments.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, data migration, or data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration platforms.
• Experience supporting digital transformation programs.

AI & Innovation Requirements:

• Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions in business analysis or software development environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, products, and operational efficiency.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and a proactive approach to continuous improvement through AI adoption.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and transform them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams to design effective solutions.
