• Proven experience as an API Technical Writer, Technical Writer, or Developer Documentation Specialist.
• Excellent written English and the ability to communicate technical concepts with clarity and precision.
• Experience creating API documentation, developer guides, and technical knowledge resources.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, integrations, and web technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality content.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and API lifecycle concepts.
• Experience using documentation platforms, knowledge bases, or developer portals.
• Experience creating eLearning content, training materials, or video-based learning assets.
• Exposure to software, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven environments.

• Create and maintain high-quality API documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop API reference materials, implementation guides, onboarding documentation, and best practices.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content.
• Research, identify, and prioritize documentation improvements across multiple API products and services.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product specialists, and business stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Produce tutorials, use cases, knowledge articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
• Support developer adoption by creating educational and instructional content.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with evolving products and business requirements.
• Contribute to technical marketing materials by providing clear and technically accurate content.
• Create or coordinate visual materials such as process flows, diagrams, and integration overviews.
