• Develop and execute project management activities from initiation to completion
• Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Manage project milestones and dependencies
• Support oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments
• Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan
