Java Developer Internship Program (She/He/They)

The internship provides an opportunity to work on projects for clients from Poland and international clients across various industries including banking and finance, transport and infrastructure, energy, and industry.

• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, initially Monday to Friday.
• Active student status in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of Java (core Java SE; familiarity with Spring or Java EE is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably Oracle DB).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations.
• Detail-oriented and self-organized, capable of tracking open tasks, defects, and configuration items.
• Strong desire to learn retail technology and enterprise POS systems in a consulting delivery context.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills.

• Develop and maintain backend components of Retail applications (i.e., Oracle Xstore POS) using Java, following established codebase and coding standards.
• Participate in the configuration, customization, and integration of Retail applications (i.e., Oracle Xstore) for client-facing POS implementation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, data flow descriptions, and integration specifications, following project and Accenture standards.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, functional leads, and client technical teams to clarify requirements and build delivery skills.
