The role is for a client who is a leader in financial services supporting credit lending decisioning through advanced cloud-native architectures. The position is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model allowing up to 3 remote days per week.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with GCP native storage and processing systems including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and GCP buckets.
  • Expertise in designing scalable storage solutions for SQL and NoSQL databases considering costs, volume, retention, and backup.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Composer, Dataflow, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and error log sinks.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Cloud Build, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles.
  • Experience with code quality/security tools such as SonarQube, CyberFlow, and Jenkins.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in analytics and decisioning platforms.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines using Vertex AI, JupyterLab.
  • Domain experience in banking, credit lending, or decisioning.
  • End-to-end support experience in production environments.
  • Performance tuning skills for highly available cloud systems.

Obowiązki

  • Design and develop backend data processing applications using GCP native storage systems like BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and GCP buckets.
  • Build performant Airflow DAGs / Cloud Composer and Google Cloud Dataflow pipelines for application deployment on GKE.
  • Develop Looker reports aligned with business requirements, automating data pipelines with Airflow.
  • Ensure cost-efficient, high-performance data processing and storage.
  • Integrate backend systems with front-end applications maintaining security, authorization, and authentication.
  • Create data pipelines for data movement between on-premises systems and GCP using Juniper.
  • Develop cloud-native decisioning applications on GKE.
  • Utilize GCP-managed services like Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub for real-time data updates.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Maintain coding best practices, quality standards, and security protocols.
