Senior Data & Business Analyst – Data Visualization & Process Improvement

You will be working for a leading financial institution committed to delivering exceptional customer value through innovative solutions. The position is Krakow-based with a hybrid work model allowing up to 3 days remote per week.

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large, complex data sets
• Proficiency in writing user stories and functional requirements
• Hands-on expertise with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL
• Experience using Jira and Confluence in project environments
• Prior involvement in large-scale, complex initiatives with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

• Experience with Workload Automation tools, particularly Control-M

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand customer requests and define precise user requirements
• Analyze complex data sets using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and other BI tools to extract meaningful insights
• Translate customer needs into detailed, well-structured technical documents such as BRD, FRS, and user stories
• Use diagrams and flowcharts to model current and future processes, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive requirements and facilitate ongoing improvements
• Recommend and implement process enhancements, contributing to efficiency and quality improvements in internal workflows
