Senior Full Stack Developer – Java, Spring, APIs

This role involves working with a leading player in the banking and finance industry focused on digital transformation of banking platforms for entrepreneurs, serving over 2 million users.

• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience with strong back-end expertise
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git/GitHub, SonarQube, Ansible, Jira, Confluence
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like JUnit
• Proven mentoring skills and promotion of best practices
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
• Excellent English communication (communicative level)

Nice to have:

• Front-end development experience
• Exposure to Spring Cloud, MuleSoft, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker
• Experience with Seeburger BIS, EDI or similar integration platforms
• Background in production support, incident management, and service reliability

• Translate strategic objectives into high-quality, maintainable technical solutions
• Lead design and development across the software lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to shape requirements
• Support Agile and Waterfall projects via planning, reviews, and delivery
• Address technical debt, optimize code, and improve system performance and resilience
• Provide hands-on mentoring and conduct code reviews
• Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and observability
• Participate in incident investigation and root-cause analysis
