Project Manager

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. It supports leading European industrial groups in sectors such as Telco & Media, Industry and Services, Banking and Insurance, and Public Administration. Reply's services include Consulting, System Integration, and Digital Services, leveraging paradigms like AI, Cloud Computing, Digital Media, and the Internet of Things.

• Successfully completed studies in a technology-related subject such as computer science, information systems, or software engineering
• Minimum three years experience in project management, account management, or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
• Confident working with business systems and quick to learn new tools
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and proactive
• Ability to own a workstream with limited supervision and work effectively in a distributed team
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least one office visit per week

• Project management, tracking delivery milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed
• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as main point of contact
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and ensuring customers get full value
• Analyzing and documenting business processes across commercial and delivery activities
• Supporting commercial cycle including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting
• Owning data quality across core business systems including CRM, deal pipeline, and order management
• Producing regular management reports on commercial performance and customer health, interpreting results
