Business Analyst

• Successfully completed studies in a technology related subject such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar.
• At least three years of experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with data to draw practical conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently with business systems and learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactivity.
• Ability to own a workstream with limited supervision and work effectively as part of a distributed team.
• Availability to work in hybrid mode or remotely with at least one office visit per week.

• Project management, tracking delivery milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress against plan, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers.
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and ensuring customers get full value.
• Analysing and documenting business processes across commercial and delivery activity, recommending improvements.
• Supporting the commercial cycle including quotations, renewals analysis, and customer retention reporting.
• Owning data quality across core business systems including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management.
• Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting data.
