Senior Analityk

apreel Sp. z o.o. offers a position for a Senior Analyst specializing in CRM and Personalization, working in a hybrid model based in Warsaw (Pole Mokotowskie).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign implementation (banking experience is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH
• Knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases
• English language proficiency (min. B2) in written and spoken form
• Willingness to develop skills and share knowledge within the team
• Analytical thinking skills
• Good organization of work and focus on quality and timeliness
• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education in IT

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAS 4GL

• Increase client engagement through advanced personalization process construction
• Design customer communication processes tailored to clients' needs using data
• Implement communication processes in CRM systems (SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH)
• Prepare requirements and specifications for CRM personalization system changes, including real-time features
• Analyze proposed solutions and conduct system tests
