Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or digital transformation delivery.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and business value delivery.
- Preferred experience in portfolio management, PMO, separation, service transition, or ERP/application environments.
Obowiązki
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across the digital & technology portfolio.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business teams, digital & technology functions, external partners, and shared service groups.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
- Ensure clear governance, decision-making, and reporting through PMO structures.
- Support value realization by linking project outcomes to business benefits, operational improvements, and service reliability.
- Oversee proper handover of deliverables to business or operational teams and capture lessons learned.
