apreel Sp. z o.o. offers a role primarily remote with 1-2 visits per month to an office in Warszawa, Powiśle. The collaboration is long-term under a B2B contract with an hourly rate up to 90 PLN net.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an independent analyst
• Good communication skills with business stakeholders
• Ability to gather user requirements and create functional and system specifications
• Effective teamwork abilities
• Experience in integration between different systems
• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw appropriate conclusions
• Experience with CIS and R

• Analyze and translate business requirements and goals into technological solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal business clients, analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators
• Model business and system processes and create documentation
• Present solutions to stakeholders
• Coordinate project changes for consistency and compliance with architecture
• Create analytical and technical documentation in Confluence and Enterprise Architect
