Fullstack Developer (React, Java)

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. • Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer with React.
• Experience with object-oriented software development in Java.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI, and concepts such as JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with code testing and quality assurance practices.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Communication skills in German.

• Develop and maintain applications using Java 21 and modern web technologies.
• Build user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Implement new features and contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
