T Hub - Data Architect – Microsoft Fabric & Data Intelligence

T-Mobile Polska S.A. is seeking a Data Architect in Warszawa to lead the data platform development for its Seamless Network Integration project, focusing on IoT network aggregation and migration of legacy SIM data to Microsoft Fabric.

• Deep experience with the Azure Data Stack including Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, with focus on transitioning to Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, and large-scale data extraction/migration from Oracle DB and flat files.
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, and Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema).
• Experience with Entra ID, Keycloak/OAuth2, Azure Key Vault, Azure networking including Data Gateways and Private Endpoints.
• Skills in granular data security (RLS/OLS), Fabric Git integration, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with real-time streaming concepts such as Apache Kafka and Fabric Eventstream.
• Background in Data Governance using Microsoft Purview, CMP integrations, or SAP BODS replacement.
• Relevant certifications like DP-600, DP-203, or AZ-305.

• Design the target Microsoft Fabric state including Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, Direct Lake, and Semantic Layer for migrating ~50 TB of legacy Oracle SIM data.
• Build scalable ingestion pipelines from Oracle, CSV, CDC sources and CMP adaptors using Medallion Architecture and Star Schema models.
• Implement audience-tailored reporting using Power BI Apps and Embedded patterns for internal and partner portals.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams on implementation and CI/CD setup.
