Program Management Lead

• 8+ years of experience in complex, deadline‑driven projects
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or capital project environments
• Systems thinking to view the plant as an integrated system
• Collaboration with contractors, engineering partners, and stakeholders
• Leadership of diverse interdisciplinary technical teams
• Strong command of waterfall methodology
• Fluent Polish language skills
• On‑site availability in Wrocław or other southern Poland locations

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of large investment projects
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and milestone acceptance
• Control budgets, variances, and quality standards
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate layout, material flow, logistics, ramp‑up, and system integration
• Manage collaboration across multiple entities and engineering partners
• Lead experts across production, logistics, IT/OT, ERP, simulation, and safety
• Execute projects using waterfall methodology
