Process Automation Designer (f/m/n)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role involving process automation and technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, and ability to write automation scripts.
• Practical experience working with APIs, system integration, and API testing tools.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information and recommend solutions.
• Communication skills and ability to build relationships with business and technical teams.
• English language proficiency sufficient for technical communication.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.

• Analyze existing business and operational processes for automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions including RPA, workflow automation, scripts, and APIs.
• Test and integrate automation with existing systems.
• Maintain and update implemented automations and resolve technical issues.
• Document technical solutions, create user manuals, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor automation effectiveness, report results, and recommend improvements.
• Train employees in using implemented automation solutions.
• Keep up to date with trends and new technologies in process automation.
