Business Analyst

The PACE Intelligence team is the global business intelligence foundation of Google Cloud, supporting over 10,000 sellers across the Cloud Go-To-Market organization. The mission is to drive business success and execute Cloud Strategy through an insights-led ecosystem of dashboards, agents, and expert analysts.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into KPI frameworks tracking revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market strategy execution.
• Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring delivery of high-quality and relevant insights.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting for leadership and field teams.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts to power scalable analytical models and dashboards.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.
