Delivery Manager

The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook is a software platform designed for launching and managing an online sports betting business. The Sportsbook team focuses on developing innovative software to facilitate creating and running bookmaker websites for clients.

• 3+ years as a Delivery Manager or Technical PM in a product-focused tech company
• Proven experience directly managing or mentoring delivery personnel (Project Managers, Scrum Masters)
• Experience functionally leading development teams and discussing capacity, blockers, and technical constraints with engineers
• Hands-on experience with bug management and defect triage workflows
• Strong escalation instincts
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident working in Jira and with delivery metrics
• Proactive and ownership-driven
• Fluent in English and Russian (working languages of the team)

Nice to have:

• Experience setting up or significantly improving delivery processes, including team performance and workload management

• Directly manage 1 Project Manager and 1 Scrum Master and functionally lead 1–2 development teams
• Own end-to-end delivery, drive predictability, and coordinate with Product on priorities and Engineering on feasibility, capacity, and timelines
• Support professional growth, performance, and sustainable workload of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and development teams
• Establish clear ownership, decision-making processes, and escalation paths across Product, Engineering, QA, and Support
• Challenge unrealistic commitments and align delivery expectations with team capacity, technical constraints, quality, and business priorities
• Own cross-team dependency tracking and coordinate release readiness across teams; manage release calendar and handoffs to production
• Partner with engineering on technical debt visibility and own bug management flow
• Manage delivery impact during incidents and hotfixes and ensure visibility of defects across teams
• Track sprint progress, cross-team dependencies, and release readiness daily, escalating blockers within 24 hours
• Maintain Jira hygiene and delivery reporting for stakeholders; facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive retrospective actions to closure
