Site Reliability Engineer – Middle

• 3+ years of expertise in designing, coding, and delivering software in at least one major technology stack
• Experience with scripting and object-oriented programming languages like Ruby, Python, Java
• Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Saltstack, Terraform
• Experience with process automation and monitoring tools like DataDog, ELK, GrayLog
• Experience using AI tools to automate routine tasks
• Experience deploying and maintaining products in the K8S stack
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
• Strong knowledge of relational database internals
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency: Intermediate or higher
• Russian language proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Ruby on Rails key concepts
• Experience with event streaming systems and message brokers
• Experience in database and application performance tuning
• Knowledge of caching techniques
• Knowledge of SQL
• Extensive experience automating CI/CD pipelines

• Develop comprehensive monitoring solutions to provide full visibility to the different platform components
• Build and enhance dashboards and alerting to monitor apps and platform components
• Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems, and ensure permanent closure of incidents
• Evaluate app and platform component performance and provide improvements
• Engage with development teams to help develop software for reliability and scale
• Improve CI/CD processes through automation and bots implementation
