• Work alongside Change Management and IT Delivery teams to standardise Project & Programme Management for European markets and lead PMO activities.
• Embed and mature the Provident Europe portfolio prioritisation framework and project/programme reporting.
• Build and manage an effective PMO service to assure investment in change is managed appropriately across countries.
• Provide assurance on budget control, benefit realisation, and risk management; create European MI Dashboards.
• Mature the PMO service offering and manage the portfolio, collaborating with the Global PMO Lead to improve Change function and PM & BA capabilities.
• Own, embed, and administer the PPM tool ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with the Delivery Assurance Lead to ensure high-standard project delivery.
• Act as a reference point for PMO queries and advocate best practices in portfolio management.
• Own portfolio management processes and continuously improve the PMO services.
• Support Change Management Risk at European level by providing MI on Key Risk Indicators.
• Lead governance forums with senior representatives from European markets.
• Manage a complex portfolio of change with high risk and complexity to meet organisational objectives.
• Recruit, manage, and develop colleagues across various locations.
