Technical Program Manager - AI & AWS

Our client is a global technology consultancy delivering AI and cloud computing solutions across multiple sectors. They work with organisations to design, develop and deploy machine learning applications using AWS infrastructure. With development centres across multiple countries, they foster a collaborative environment where technical expertise meets strategic programme delivery. Their teams work on projects that span the complete machine learning lifecycle, from data pipeline architecture through to production deployment.

• 6-8 years of experience in technical programme management
• Proven track record managing AI and AWS application development projects
• Solid understanding of the Machine Learning Life Cycle (MLOps)
• Knowledge of data pipelines, training and evaluation paradigms
• Experience with AWS cloud computing infrastructure and services
• Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Fluent Polish and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams
• Technical acumen to understand infrastructure needs and deployment requirements

• Lead AI and AWS application development programmes for a global technology consultancy
• Bridge technical and functional requirements between international stakeholders
• Apply your MLOps expertise to shape machine learning infrastructure and deployment strategies
• Work with distributed teams across Poland and India on cutting-edge AI solutions
• Coordinate technical and functional interactions between client stakeholders and the development team
• Manage AI and AWS application development programmes from planning through deployment
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
• Oversee data pipeline architecture, model training and evaluation processes
• Facilitate communication across distributed teams in Poland and India
• Monitor programme progress and manage risks throughout delivery
• Provide technical guidance on AWS infrastructure and deployment strategies
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical capabilities
