Data Engineer Tableau

• 1+ year of professional experience as an IT/data analyst or BI developer.
• Tableau development skills including calculated fields, LODs, parameters, actions, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL with joins, window functions, and aggregation logic.
• Experience with Snowflake as primary analytics layer.
• Basic knowledge of DBT and GitLab version control skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented report replication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English languages.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of manufacturing and quality control domains.
• Experience with legacy BI report migration.
• Agile delivery experience with tools such as JIRA or Monday.
• Data-quality testing skills in analytics projects.
• Knowledge of the German language.

• Replicate Tableau reports on the harmonized Snowflake data products ensuring functional equivalence with legacy reports.
• Iterate dashboards based on business review feedback, implementing filters, drill-downs, trend, variance, and status views.
• Add export functionality to dashboards and refine the Snowflake analytics layer for scoped pipelines.
• Implement smaller business requirement updates and develop DBT models according to team standards.
• Maintain GitLab version control for all code and apply naming and documentation standards.
• Keep report and data-product documentation current and execute functional testing and KPI reconciliation.
• Document differences between legacy and new reports and support user acceptance testing by addressing findings.
• Contribute to user documentation and onboarding materials.
